Who needs GOLD'S GYM!

when you have stairs.... and lots of them! I haven't found anything better to get my heart rate up than climbing my own stairs. It's a workout! There are 3 flights of stairs; 47 steps. I make 5 rounds for a total of 470 steps. It takes me 10 minutes. Whew!!!!

Starting at Bonus Room, 4th level


on to second and main level staircase



finishing at bottom of basement stairs, and.....




up again!
