Homestead Inn Christmas

I finished up my Homestead Inn Christmas scrapbook today. Now, all I need to do is finish some journaling in it. It feels good to finally get it done! We went in 2007 and everyone said it was definitely the best Christmas ever! I think it's time to start planning another awesome family adventure. Any ideas? Get them in!

It's been a good week

While mom has been visiting, she has steadily worked on her American & Church History Tour scrapbook. She has done remarkably well. She has used the computer to journal the trip, and arranged pictures on her choice of paper. I have aided her in spell and grammar checking, printing, and securing the pictures and journaling into her book. She won't be done with the book by the time she leaves, but she is well on her way to getting it done. Good job mom!

Having mom here gave me an excuse to work on my on books. It has been a nice and relaxing week. I've cooked meals from scratch, baked cookies and cakes. And the best thing of all... spending time with my mother. It's been a good week!
