Playing basketball at 3:00 in the morning can be very hazardous!  Steve and a bunch of other yahoo's were playing basketball, at his dad's house, in the wee hours of the morning.  Steve came down on his foot, rather hard, and twisted it.  He felt the brake.  He ended up going to the E.R. the next morning.  The x-ray confirmed that, but because his ankle and foot were so swollen, the Dr. wrapped it and sent him home until he could see a surgeon on Tuesday.  Instructions were to lay down with foot elevated.   I wonder when this chain of bad luck is going to end!
