Labor Day was spent at Soldier Hollow, in Midway, watching the International Sheep Dog Championship. It was our first time attending and time well spent. It was amazing to watch the interaction between Shepard, his dog, and sheep. The dog had to herd the sheep down the mountain in two herds, separate the sheep out that had the ribbons around their necks, and herd them into the sheep pen at the commands of his Shepard's whistles and calls.
