My children are all canners! I am both amazed and very proud of all of them. Canning season is in full swing and they are all taking advantage of the bountiful harvest of vegetables they have grown and the fruit from the orchard.
Shaniel grows the best Salsa Garden. She has been picking a five gallon bucket full of tomatoes every day. She makes fresh salsa everyday, and what she has left over is given away or canned whole. Her bottled tomatoes are beautiful!
