Step #1: Grind the wheat into flour (Alia's prepared! she has her ear plugs on)
Step #2: Mix all necessary ingredients and shape dough into loaves; place into pans and let rise
Step #3: Bake and wait until you can smell the aroma of home baked bread in the air
Step #4: Dump from pans, cool slightly, slice, and make healthy sandwiches
Delicious!!

Note: Audrey's wheat grinder is actually a coffee bean grinder (cheaper than the real thing and works just as good). Instead of mayo, Audrey made a balsamic cucumber spread. Spinach leaves instead of lettuce is a healthy alternative.
Audrey is an awesome mommy and homemaker! I am so proud of her. I love having her live close by.
