It was the weekend and Dave, being the kind commander that he is, let his soldiers all go home for Mother's Day. We had two choices.... stay in Las Vegas or go back home. We had planned on going to Hoover Dam and changed our plans at the last minute. Home it is! We were both anxious to go home and see the progress on the house and irrigation system.
Got to the farm and inspected the new line in the trench.... not good. They got kind of close to the tree roots wouldn't you say! Well, this time Circle B Irrigation won't get paid so fast.... we'll wait a season to see if the trees were able to survive the brutality.
